Claire
In Taiwan, more than 700,000 seniors live alone without family at home, but for me, this is more than just a number.
I live in Taiwan, while my parents live in Indonesia. Every day, I worry about how they are doing. Since living abroad, I have lost my grandmother and my uncle, and those losses made me realize how painful it is when families only find out something is wrong after it is already too late.
Claire was born from that fear, and from love.
It starts as a voice-first AI health companion that monitors continuously, speaks in their language, and alerts the family when something meaningful changes. But my vision is bigger: to build a medical-aware AI companion for the aging population, one that understands each person’s baseline, helps recognize health symptoms, and can predict potential health risks.
This is the foundation of Claire.
